The 2023 Year-end Work Conference and the 2024 WELFULL Spring Festival Gala were held at Hilton Zhuji on January 26, 2024. The event was a gathering of all WELFULL family members to celebrate the achievements of the past year and look forward to the future. The working meeting was presided over by Li Xianwen, executive general manager of the group.
Review and Outlook: Building on Present Achievements for Future Plans In a solemn and warm atmosphere, Mr. Zhu Jiabin, Commercial Director, provided an overview of the business work in 2023. He emphasized that teamwork and continuous innovation have been crucial drivers of business development over the past year. Additionally, he shared highlights from last year's work and outlined a clear roadmap for future endeavors. In particular, he highlighted how various incentive policies have effectively promoted business growth; numerous new businesses are rapidly expanding while developing cross-border e-commerce through multiple channels; brand promotion in B2C mode is being expanded; private brands are being built to enhance customer loyalty and product value; and product development innovation has reached new heights. General Manager Ren Jie further demonstrated WELFULL Group's strategic focus and development blueprint for the New Year. He encouraged all employees to adopt a broader vision when facing new challenges in international trade. In the business sharing session, Jiang Wenliang represented the steel trade group by sharing their global market exploration practices and results from 2023 with detailed data and vivid cases that showcased remarkable achievements. Wu Wen, general manager of YOUNG E VALLEY, focused on "AI technology aiding cost reduction & efficiency enhancement" by comprehensively demonstrating how AI technology facilitates efficient business development through graphics & videos.
On that same afternoon, Chairman Shao Longhe delivered an important speech titled "Embracing Trends & Paving New Paths." He reviewed the challenging course of 2023 but emphasized that despite difficulties faced by WELFULL family members throughout this period they persevered along their chosen path with courage & innovation.
Honor & Recognition: Forging Ahead Towards A Brighter Future The award ceremony marked a high point as it recognized individual outstanding performances as well as team efforts through several honorary awards which acknowledged tireless contributions towards achieving collective goals. According to agenda arrangements & official documents' spirit，the conference successively awarded “Group Expansion Award Fund”, “Outstanding Department/Staff Commendation”, “Contract Assessment Realization” for 2023，and also presented “JinWELFULL Award” commendations.
