At 1:30 p.m. on March 31, 2021, the 2020 annual general meeting of WELFULL GROUP was held in Hangzhou Qili Canal Hotel. There are two main topics for this conference: the summary of the work in 2020 and the election of directors and supervisors.
First of all, Huang Baomiao, chairman of the board of directors, made the work report of the board of directors in 2020 to the conference. In the report, Mr. Huang comprehensively summarized the development achievements in the past five years. In addition, Huang also pointed out the shortcomings and gaps in the implementation of the strategy. According to the agenda of the meeting, Huang Hulin, the group's chief financial officer, made the financial final accounts report of the company in 2020, the profit pre distribution plan of the company in 2020 and the financial budget report of the company in 2021 to the meeting. Wu Wen, the chairman of the sixth board of supervisors, made the work report of the board of supervisors to the meeting.
Subsequently, the meeting deliberated the above issues respectively, and the shareholders attending the meeting passed the above issues in the form of a show of hands.
The second topic of the meeting is the general election of directors and supervisors. Huang Baomiao was elected as the honorary chairman of the company; Longa Shao was the chairman of the board of directors and the legal representative of the company; the board of directors decided to appoint Ren Jie as the general manager of the company; upon the recommendation of the general manager, the board of directors decided to appoint Li Xianwen and Dai Yizhong as the executive general manager, Wu Miaolong and Xu Wenhui as the deputy general manager and Huang Hulin as the chief financial officer. The board of directors also appointed Xu Zhenhao as chief information officer and Chen Xi as chief supply chain officer. The above term of office is three years. According to the resolution of the first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors, Wu miaolong ，the deputy general manager， announced to all shareholders that Wu Wen was elected as the chairman of the board of supervisors for a term of three years.
The general election is another milestone in the development of WELFULL GROUP, which has important and far-reaching significance. The handover ceremony of the new and old teams was successfully completed in the presence of all shareholders.
